This super beginner-friendly pattern is perfect for those looking for a quick and easy project. With just a few basic stitches, you'll be able to create a cute and cuddly stress blob in no time! Everything you need to know is right here, so let's get started!


Materials you will need: 

  • Loops and Threads Sweet Snuggle Lite yarn (in any color)
  • 12mm Eyes

  • Stress Ball Here’s the ones I use! They are guaranteed 5000 squeezes and come in a ton of different colors!!

KLT STRESS BALLS BULK FOR KIDS AND ADULTS 32 pack squishy ball for anxiety relief

  • Lighter
  • Scissors
  • Yarn needle
  • 5mm crochet hook

Pattern Key! 

mc= magic circle

sc= single crochet

dec=decrease

inc= increase

ch= chain

Sl st= slip stitch

FO= finish off

Pattern Starts here!

  1. MC sc 6 (6)
  2.  6 inc (12)
  3. (Sc, inc)x6 (18)
  4. (2sc, inc)x6 (24)
  5. Sc 8, ch 2, skip 2, sc 12 (24)

Add the eyes here and melt the backs before continuing! 

  1. (2sc, dec) x6 (18)

Add the stress ball here! 

  1. (sc, dec) x6 (12)
  2. Dec x6 (6)
  3. FO and carefully close off and weave in ends.
